2 Million Paid Subscribers

In this lean startup example, Networks in Motion (NIM), now part of TeleCommunication Systems, had successfully developed and managed VZ Navigator, a GPS-enabled mobile app that transformed a wireless smartphone or handset into an all-in-one powerful navigation and communication device. The Visionary View team was asked to assist in ideation and product road-mapping for the next two subsequent releases of the app. By focusing on a hyper-local based content strategy the results eventually led to additional revenue streams stemming from in app performance advertising, paid local search and m-commerce. Working with several key core data providers and data partners, the main challenge Visionary View faced was to elequently blend in enhanced content while maintaining a superb user experience in an already successful paid subscriber model.
