Palmdale, CA, June 19, 2006 — LH Holdings, a leading construction company in Los Angeles county’s Antelope Valley, today announced that it has retained business consulting firm Visionary View to assist in reviewing strategic opportunities available to the company in connection with its land development business. Visionary View will help the Board analyze options including, but not limited to, acquisition and development of major residential, commercial, and mixed use projects throughout Southern California.
“The management and Board of Directors of LH Holdings believe that the launch of our Development Company, Mandeville Homes will be a success, with considerable gains in revenue, market share and profit. Two primary goals are to raise $1MM in private capital and develop four master planned communities in the next 18 months,” said Heith Bibby, President & Chief Operating Officer of LH Holdings. “We believe that becoming a land developer will enable us to join together our strength and knowledge of construction with our insight of developing communities. We further believe that investor value will be created to the extent that we achieve our objectives in land development.”
